The goal of INWIRE is to continuously improve production while taking care of the health of employees, the well-being of society and the protection of human rights. It defines our approach to sustainable development.
To achieve our goal, we focus on developing our corporate culture. Its principles encourage our employees to work together to find new solutions and build partnerships with those who share our values and ambitions. Our approach to sustainability is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), which are recognised as a global blueprint for building a better and more equitable future.
Key principles of INWIRE’s sustainable development
To achieve our goal, we work to create a safe, high-performance and value-based organisational culture within the company.
Working ethically and responsibly is essential to achieving our goals, implementing our strategy and striving to build strong, mutually beneficial and trusting relationships with our key partners.
Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics is the main tool for making the right decisions in our work. The Code sets out the values and standards of behaviour that our employees, contractors, suppliers and partners acting on our behalf must share.
Anti-corruption policy
How we manage the risks of violating anti-corruption legislation:
- As part of our mandatory minimum requirements for effective risk management, anti-corruption risks must be identified and assessed.
- We apply a risk assessment framework to assess business partners, customers, suppliers and contractors, and conduct due diligence and other requirements prior to entering into transactions.
- We communicate our compliance requirements to those with whom we do business, including requirements related to corruption, bribery and extortion, and the separate requirements of our Code of Ethics and related contractual obligations.
- We encourage the reporting of any behaviour that is inconsistent with our Code of Ethics and condemn any discriminatory action against those who report misconduct or cooperate with an investigation. All reports of business misconduct are treated with due confidentiality.
TRUST LINE
is our tool for increasing transparency and accountability.
Through the TRUST LINE, a direct feedback channel for expressing concerns about violations of the law and non-compliance with corporate ethics standards and principles by employees, we ensure the right of every employee or other key partner to express concerns about the results of achieving a common goal and report inappropriate actions.
