Code of Ethics

Our Code of Ethics is the main tool for making the right decisions in our work. The Code sets out the values and standards of behaviour that our employees, contractors, suppliers and partners acting on our behalf must share.

Daily operations
We base our operations on the principles of compliance with the laws of the countries in which INWIRE operates.

Equality in labour relations
We comply with the labour laws of the countries in which INWIRE operates and build relationships with employees on the principles of respect for human rights, protection of personal dignity and equal opportunities for all employees.

Occupational health and safety
We take all possible measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees.

Conflict of interest
We prevent actions and conditions that may lead to a situation in which the personal interests of an employee within the scope of their employment duties may affect the objectivity of business decision-making.

Fraud
We do not allow theft of property or unlawful acquisition of rights to INWIRE property by fraud or breach of trust.

Corruption
Employees may not promise, offer or give anything of value in the form of money, property, tangible things or services to government officials or their associates to obtain or maintain an advantage for INWIRE.

Utilisation and protection of resources
We encourage the careful management and efficient use of INWIRE resources.

Business hospitality
We prohibit employees from giving or accepting business gifts or providing or accepting business hospitality that exceeds the limit permitted by the laws of the countries in which INWIRE operates.

Relationships with contractors
We build relationships with contractors and partners on the principles of honesty, integrity, legality and economic feasibility.

Relations with public authorities
We build dialogue and relationships with local communities, NGOs, state and local authorities on the principles of openness, partnership and cooperation.

Informational security
We care about information security and respect the right of each employee and contractor to confidentiality and ensure compliance with the requirements of the information security laws of the countries in which INWIRE operates.

Reliable accounting and reporting
We ensure that our financial accounting and reporting fully comply with the laws of the countries in which INWIRE operates and with International Financial Reporting Standards. INWIRE strongly discourages any acts or attempts of fraud and manipulation of its financial information.

Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
We comply with the anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing laws of the countries in which INWIRE operates.

Political and religious activities
We prohibit employees from engaging in political or religious propaganda while performing their job duties and while on the territory of INWIRE’s enterprises.

Environment
We strive to prevent and minimize adverse environmental impacts at all stages of the production process.

Anti-corruption policy

The categorical rejection of bribery and the prevention of corruption are among the key business principles and values of INWIRE.

How we manage the risks of violating anti-corruption legislation:

  • As part of our mandatory minimum requirements for effective risk management, anti-corruption risks must be identified and assessed.
  • We apply a risk assessment framework to assess business partners, customers, suppliers and contractors, and conduct due diligence and other requirements prior to entering into transactions.
  • We communicate our compliance requirements to those with whom we do business, including requirements related to corruption, bribery and extortion, and the separate requirements of our Code of Ethics and related contractual obligations.
  • We encourage the reporting of any behaviour that is inconsistent with our Code of Ethics and condemn any discriminatory action against those who report misconduct or cooperate with an investigation. All reports of business misconduct are treated with due confidentiality.

is our tool for increasing transparency and accountability.

Through the TRUST LINE, a direct feedback channel for expressing concerns about violations of the law and non-compliance with corporate ethics standards and principles by employees, we ensure the right of every employee or other key partner to express concerns about the results of achieving a common goal and report inappropriate actions.
